This half is completely separated from the other, it has a private garden, a private bathing platform and a Jacuzzi. The floor space of the house is 100 square meters in total – 50-50 square meters on each floor. On the ground floor there is a large living room with a glass wall and a perfect view of the lake, an LCD television and a home cinema system. There is an entrance to the porch facing the lake – it can be shaded with an electric sunshade and it is furnished with garden furniture and beach chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped: a coffee maker, a cooktop, an extractor fan, an oven, a dishwasher, a fridge, a dining table, a toaster and an electric kettle are ready for use. The bathroom has a shower and a toilet. On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms – the master bedroom has a double bed and a balcony with a full panorama of the lake, the medium one has a double bed and the third is furnished with 2 single beds. There is a bathroom on this floor. All of the bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning. All the windows have bug screens. A cot, a highchair and a baby bathtub is available if needed. Parking is available for 2 cars in the backyard.
