This spacious, nice holiday villa is situated on the southern shore of Lake Balaton, in Balatonszárszó, 125 kms from Budapest, next to Balatonföldvár. Located directly at the coast with own sunbathin/fishing pier with two floors for 8+1 guests is for rent. Downstairs of the lakeside holiday villa consists of living room (with sofa, satellite TV, dining table with chairs) kitchen two bathrooms (fully renovated, with shower) two toilets one terrace (with furniture and sun beds). Kitchen is well equipped: ceramic hob cooker (no oven), vent hood, 2 types of coffee maker, toaster, dishes, cuttlery. Upstairs of the beach vacation rental there are 4 bedrooms with panorama to the lake, each with balcony. One bedroom has with air-conditioner for extra cost: 10 EUR/day. Windows are equipped with mosquito net and Venetian blinds. In the garden of the lakeside holiday home swing bed, grill, open fire provided.

From all bedrooms, living room, garden and terrace has breathtaking panorama to Lake Balaton.

Parking on the street in front of the house for 3 cars. From the pier Tihany peninsula and the mountains Badacsonyi both visible. Enjoy the sunset from the house! The house is recommended for families need a rest, calm environment and relaxation.

Owner does not live in the house.
No pets are allowed.
Smoking only in the garden or on the terraces.
If needed baby bed, chair, tub is available.
