The lake is 250 meters away from the house in crow-flight and there is a path leading to the lakeshore, it’s a 10 minutes walk.The Central Beach is 800 meters away.

The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden, from the balconies and the kitchen there is a perfect view of the lake. The house was built in 2008 and it was renovated so it’s in a patent condition. It is nicely furnished with comfortable furniture. There are balconies on both floors where you can enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Two cars can park in the backyard. The house contains a kitchen, a living room with a loft, one bedroom on the ground floor and three others on the upper floor, two bathrooms, a separated toilet and a porch on the ground floor. On the upper floor, there are 3 separated bedrooms, a bathroom and a balcony. The bedrooms on the upper floor are furnished with double beds and wardrobes, while the bedroom on the ground floor has a sofa bed in it. All the windows have bugscreens on them. The kitchen is fully equipped: a fridge, a microwave oven, an extractor fan, a dishwasher, an oven, a cooktop, a coffee maker, a toaster, a hand held blender, an electric kettle, dishes and cutleries are ready for use. In the living room there is a Tv with wable channels and a DVD player, a Hi-Fi system and an MP3 player, there is WiFi available in the house. There is a home library with youth and adult novels.
