The holiday home is situated on Foki-hegy, 800 metres from Lake Balaton. The holiday home is situated 1600 meters from the city center of Siófok where you can find shops, restaurants, ice cream shops, buffets, there is a railway station and a mall as well.

The house was built in 2002, it was renovated in 2016. The apartment in the attic, which has a separate entrance has a 120 square meter living space and a 6 square meter balcony. The holiday home contains an American style kitchen- living room, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a hallway. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa for two. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, a microwave oven, a toaster, a panini maker, a coffee maker, an electric stove, an electric kettle, a mini grill, plates and cutleries. Among the four bedrooms three is furnished with queen size beds, and the fourth has two single beds. There are TVs with cable channels in the bedrooms. Wi-Fi and Interned is available free of charge.

You can have a grill party in the garden. The holiday home can be rented even in the colder season, because it has a central heating system. The windows have mosquito nets. Washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board and hair dryer is available.
