100 km from Budapest, on the southern shore of Lake Balaton, in the Ezüstpart area of Siófok an air conditioned apartment is available for rent for 5-6 people. The apartment building is Mediterranean style, it is situated 35 meters from the water, it has 8 apartments in total. The city beach is only 35 meters from the apartment. The 8 apartments are divided as below: apartments 1-4 are on the ground floor, and apartments 6-10 are situated on the first floor. All eight apartments are divided into an American style kitchen-living room, 2 bedrooms, and a bathroom. In this apartment a sofa bed for two in the living room, a queen size bed in one of the bedrooms and two single beds in the other bedroom provide the comfort of the residents. The modern kitchen is equipped with a fridge, an electric stove, an electric oven, an exhaust fan, a coffee maker, a tea maker, a toaster, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, plates and cutleries. There is an LCD TV with cable channels (Hungarian and German), an iron, an ironing board and a hair dryer in the apartment. A washing machine is available in the common space, a vacuum cleaner is available if asked. Internet connection is available as well.

There is a large common kitchen in the apartment building. From the balcony of apartments number 8-10 you can enjoy the beautiful view of Lake Balaton.
In the garden there is a cauldron, a grill stove and garden furniture. The apartment building is 1,5 km away from the city centre and the railway station, shops are 200 meters away. From the garden you can get to the lakeshore beach via a gate that is secured with a password. There are sunbeds, sunshades, a slide, a playground and restaurants available. The port is only a 10 minute walk.
If requested in advance, there is a baby cot, a baby bathtub and a highchair available.
The owner lives on the area of the apartment building.
The accommodation has bed linen and bed sheets, towels are not provided.
With prior discussion, a pet (max 10 kg.) is allowed for a 1500 HUF/night fee.
Air conditioning is available for a 1500 HUF/night rate.
The apartment can be rented for New Years Eve. The apartment cannot be rented for other parties and cannot be rented for young groups.
Parking is available in an appointed space, 1 car per apartment.
Smoking is only allowed on the balcony.
