30 metres from the lake, in a quiet street one of the flats of a semi-detached house with pool is for rent for 8 persons. The flat is totally separated from the other flat, the garden is fenced with a high hedge. From the upstairs rooms and terrace the view to the lake is breath-taking. The house is situated some 100 metres from Siófok-Balatonszéplak, in a clean and quiet holiday area. At the end of the street there is a free beach with snack bars, playground, within 200 metres there is also a department store, restaurants, ice-cream stores.

The spacious flat is 3-staired, its basic territory is 70 m2, altogether 180 m2. It has got 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 4 toilets, a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and a comfortable living room. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, a spacious bathroom and a bedroom and a bathroom with shower on the top floor. The house is furnished with modern furniture, the windows have screens and blinds. In the living room there is cable TV and in the whole house there is free access to wifi. Also equipped with: washing machine, dishwasher, built-in hob, and multi-functional oven, vent hood, a huge fridge with freezer, microwave oven, two types of coffee maker, water boiler, toaster, mixer etc.
