311 - In Szántód a waterfront holiday house with a bathing platform is for rent

In Szántód, 115 km away from Budapest on the southern shore of Lake Balaton in a tranquil area a holiday house is available for rent for max 8 people. The house is semi-detached, the family that owns the property is living in the other half of the house. The garden is quasi separated with a net where you can play badminton. The house is situated 1 km from the city center but is as a private lakeshore and the beach and a grocery store is only 200 m away. In front of the house there is a little bay.

The water is shallow and there is a bathing platform where you can swim in the lake or you can go fishing. A vessel and a kayak is available if needed. The house was built in 2002, it’s in a patent condition. The garden has 500 square meter ground space you can have a perfect view of the lake from here. This half of the semi- detached house has 100 square meters floor space in total and it’s two-storied. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, a living room, a bathroom and a porch which overlooks the lake. The kitchen is fully equipped: a fridge, a gas stove, a microwave oven, an electric kettle, a toaster, a coffee maker, dishes and cutleries are ready for use. In the living room there is a SAT television. On the upper floor there are 3 separated bedrooms, a bathroom and a balcony which overlooks the lake. In the living room a sofa bed for two, a double bed in one of the bedrooms and 2-2 single beds in the other two ensures the comfort.

A cot and a children’s table with 4 chairs are available if needed.
