339 - Holiday duplex only 1 minute walk from the beach for max. 8-8 guests

The holiday house situated in Szántód, on the southern coast of Lake Balaton, 120 kms from Budapest. Can be easily accessed through motorway M7. The lakeside holiday home is only 50 metres far from the beach, in an elegant part of the town. The duplex consists of 2 two-story apartments. Each comfortable apartment is 90-90 sqm with two floors. On downstairs: American style kitchen and living room, bathroom with shower, furnished terrace. Upstairs: hall, bathroom with shower, 3 bedrooms. One apartment is comfortable for 8 persons, so the whole house welcomes altogether 16 guests. From the upper terraces there is  a view to the lake. The apartments are fully separated, gardens are separated with hedge.

The two apartments are similarly furnished. In living rooms there are sofa bed for two persons, in bedrooms: in one a double bed, in the other two single beds, 2 pieces in each. The kitchens are fully equipped with e.g. fridge with freezer, gas hob, oven, microwave oven, 2 types of coffee maker, dishes, open fire pot etc. The living room also equipped with UPC cable TV.On windows venetian blinds and screens. In the garden, garden furniture, sun umbrella, shields, sun bed, open fire are provided.

Owner does not live on the territory of the house. 
Smoking is allowed only in the garden, and on the terraces. 
Small dogs are allowed previously agreed on extra charge of 1.000 HUF/dog/night.
