In Szántód, 115 km away from Budapest on the southern shore of Lake Balaton in a tranquil area a half of a semi-detached holiday house is available for rent for max 4+1 people. . The house is situated 1 km from the city center but is as a private lakeshore and the beach and a grocery store is only 600 m away.

The other half is available for rent too. The house was built in 1970, it is in a patent condition, constantly maintained, modernly furnished and it is a two-storied brick building. The house has 50 square meters floor space in total. On the ground floor there is a large storage space. There is an outside staircase leading up to the upper floor where a hall, a mini kitchen, a bathroom, a toilet, a living room, 2 bedrooms and a 20 square meters balcony (overlooking the lake) can be found. The kitchen is relatively small but fully equipped: a fridge, a gas stove, an oven, a coffee maker, a toaster, a microwave oven, a hand held blender and an electric kettle can be found. One of the bedrooms is furnished with a bunk bed and a sofa bed, the other room has a sofa bed for two. Every room has a shutter on their windows. In the living room there is a TV with a video player and there is Wi-Fi connection available.
