In Balatonlelle – on the southern shore of Lake Balaton 140 km away from Budapest near Balatonboglár – 150 meters away from the lake a 2 storied holiday house is available for rent for max 8 adults, 2 kids (0-12 years old) and 2 children. There is an additional fee after the 9th person.

Two 0-3 year old children can be accommodated for free if they are using a cot. The fully renovated house is 150 meters away from the nearst beach and 800 meters away from the Napfény beach and the city center. The lake is only a 2 minutes walk from the house.
The 2 floors of the apartment can be considered as 2 fully equipped apartments, each floors contain a kitchen, a living room and a bathroom. The two floors (80+80 square meters) are for rent together. On the ground floor there is a living room, 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds, a kitchen and a bathroom. And a 15 square meter porch furnished with garden furniture. In the living room there is a TV with sat channels and a DVD player and a radio. The kitchen is fully equipped: a fridge, a cooktop, an oven , an extractor fan, a dishwasher, an electric kettle, a microwave oven and a coffe maker is ready for use. On the upper floor there are 2 bedrooms with double beds in each bedroom, a living room with a TV with sat channels, a dining room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a 6 square meter balcony. Spare beds can be placed in the living room a cot is available if needed. A vacuum cleaner, an iron, an ironing board and a fan is available if needed. There is a perfect view of the lake from the living room and from one of the bedrooms. In the garden there are 3 beach chairs, garden furniture, a swing bed, an electric grill and a fireplace. For the kids there is a trampoline and a sandpit. 3 cars can park in the backyard.

A cot is available if needed.
Pets are allowed with a preliminary agreement at a 1000 Ft/night fee.
The accommodation contains bed linen and kitchen towels, no towels included.
Smoking is only allowed on the balcony/porch or in the garden.
The apartment cannot be rented for New Year’s Eve or for any parties.
