The building was built in 2017, there are 8 apartments in total. There are 4 studio apartments and the other 4 are one-bedroom apartments. There is a garden house in the garden of the apartment complex. The railways run in front of the apartment complex. The Fsz 4. apartment is situated on the ground floor. It contains an American style kitchen-dining room, a living room, a bedroom and a bathroom. The accommodation is available for 4 adults and a children between 0-3 years old. There is a sofa bed for two in the living room and a queen size bed in the bedroom provides the comfort of the residents. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, an electric stove, a microwave oven, an electric kettle, a toaster, plates and cutleries. There is an LCD TV available with cable channels. Wi-Fi and Interned is available free of charge. The windows have mosquito nets.
