The house was renovated in 2000, and the area is tranquil and elegant. The apartment is on the first floor. It has a 85 square meters floorspace, and it has a 8 square meters and a 5 square meters balcony. The apartment contains a kitchen-dining room, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a queen bed in it and the other bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds and there is a sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped: a fridge, a cooktop, an oven, a coffee maker, a microwave oven, dishes and cutleries are ready for use. The apartment is equipped with a SAT television with cable channels, and Wi-Fi access is available free of charge. The balcony is furnished and it can be shaded. The windows have shutters and bugscreens on them. In the garden, there is a playground with climbers, swing sets and trampolines.
