The house was renovated in 2000, and the area is tranquil and elegant. The apartment contains a kitchen-dining room, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a balcony. The bedrooms are furnished with queen beds and there is a spare bed if needed. The kitchen is fully equipped: a fridge, a cooktop, an oven, a coffee maker, a microwave oven, dishes and cutleries are ready for use. The apartment is equipped with a SAT television with cable channels, and Wi-Fi access is available free of charge. The balcony is furnished and it can be shaded. The windows have shutters and bugscreens on them. In the garden, there is a playground with climbers, swing sets and trampolines.
