Situated 115 km from Budapest, at the southern coast of Lake Balaton, in Zamárdi, one side of a semi detached holiday house is for rent. The holiday house is located in the quiet, familiar area of the town. It is a semi-detached house, 1000 m far from the town centre. It has got own coast without reed and with sandy lakebed and shallow water. Lake Balaton can be accessed through its own pier, that can be used for both sunbathing and fishing.

The lakeside house was built in 1976, of brick, in continuously maintained good condition. The two side of the semi-detached house is totally separated from each other. The inside territory of the cottage is 80 sqm, has two floors.  The comfortable living room, garden, terrace upstairs, and one of the bedrooms have beautiful lake panorama. On the downstairs of the waterfront vacation rental is a living room with TV and sofa bed for 2 persons, an American-style kitchen with dishwasher, a dining room, a bedroom with double bed, one toilet and one open terrace with shade mate facing the lake.  Kitchen is well equipped: fridge with freezer, gas cooker, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishes etc. Upstairs of the holiday home there are two bedrooms one with balcony to the lake and with a double bed and a single bed, the other one with a double bed and a sofa bed for 2 persons, and a children bed, one bathroom with shower and washing machine, one roofed terrace with beautiful panorama. Windows are fitted with mosquito net.

In the garden of the beach house there are garden furniture, sun beds serve guests. For the outdoor cooking fireplace, barbecue is available. Parking lot for 2 cars.
