The family friendly house is situated on the southern shore of Lake Balaton in Zamárdi-Felső (6 km away from Siófok) 500 meters from the lake. It is a tranquil holiday area where you can enjoy the mild water of the lake and the beauty of the scenery. The lake on the southern shore is shallow and it deepens slowly.

The house is close to the railway line.The garden has an 810 square meter ground space. The garden is full of evergreens and it is decorated with garden lamps. In the garden there is a fireplace, a grill, garden furniture, swing chairs, a ping-pong table, a garden shower, 7 beach chairs, a 2,5x2,5m pool (1,2 m deep) and a playground. The house is two-storied. On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, 2 toilets and a kitchen. The living room is connected to the front porch, the back porch is connected to the kitchen. Every room can accommodate two people. The kitchen is fully equipped: a gas stove, a fridge, dishes, cutlery, etc. are ready for use. There are TVs on both floors. From the lounge on the upper floor – which contains a mini kitchen - you can step out to the balcony. There are 4 bedrooms – 2 beds each – and they can be furnished with a spare bed, and there are 2 bathrooms.

Moreover there is a billiard table, bikes, and an inflatable pool available.

The accommodation contains bed linen and towels.

The janitor lives in the property.
