This new built vacation rental is situated on the southern coast of Lake Balaton,120 km from Budapest, in Balatonszemes. The luxury holiday house is in the quiet, familiar and area of the town only 350 m from Lake Balaton. Beautiful free beach with shallow water in a 5-minute walk, can be approached through stairs.

The exclusive vacation rental officially located in Balatonőszöd, but physically it is connected to Balatonszemes, only a 10 minute walk from its center. Restaurant: 300 m, tennis court: 500 m, railway station: 600 m, free beach: 400 m, roofed swimming pool 300 m. Ideal for families, thanks to its reasonable separation it is comfortable for 2-3 families. The Mediterranean style holiday villa was built in 2007, exclusively constructed, modern furnished for 8 adults and 2 children. Downstairs of the lakeside accommodation consists of kitchen and living room, one bedroom, one bathroom with hydro massage bath and shower, one opened terrace with sun shade. The beautiful kitchen is totally equipped: electric cooker, dishwasher, fridge with cool and clear water, freezer, microwave, tea- and coffee maker, toaster, dishes etc. There are LCD TV, DVD player in the living room of the villa. The bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds. In separated part of the huge living room there is a sofa bed for two persons. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower and a balcony. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with double beds, one is with 2 single beds. 

Guests can admire the beautiful environment from the large, comfortable terrace and balcony of the luxury holiday house. Both terraces are furnished, downstairs has barbecue, shade, sunbeds, and umbrella. The garden is the children's favorite, playground with sandbox, slide, swing and trampoline provided.

Owner does not live in the house.
If needed beach towel is available for extra 1.200 HUF/piece/day.
