A newly built coastal Mediterranean-style holiday villa with 8 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms is for rent for maximum 16 persons. This summer villa is situated in the „land of calm and silence” at the beautiful Balatonőszöd. The rental has its own beach and it is designed and equipped with all the necessary things in order to meet the requirement of our guests. The villa is in the magnificently exclusive environment of „Hullám Holiday Resort” guarded and secured 24/7. The roomy and bright house was built in 2003. Its downstairs and upstairs is 200 sqm altogether and it provides comfortable accomodation for maximum 16 guests. The villa does NOT host groups of youngs. The downstairs of the holiday house includes an American-style kitchen and living-room and 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The living room and the elegant roofed terrace is separated by a glass wall. The terrace gives a nice place from which our guest can enjoy the breathtaking view of the Balaton. On the terrace you can enjoy a jacuzzi for 6 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with: electric hob and oven, 2 refrigerators, wine cooler, freezer, washing machine, toaster, coffee maker, dishes and cutlery etc. One of the bedrooms has a double bed the other has 2 single beds. The upstairs can be reached by external stairs. On this floor the lobby is equipped with a central air-conditioning system that can cool the partially the bedrooms as well. This floor has a nice kitchenette with granite countertop. The 6 bedrooms are furnished with pinewood furnitures and all of them has its own balcony and separated bathrooms. Every room has double bed except 1 which has 2 single beds. All the windows are supported by mosquito nets and shutters. The unforgettable and exhilarating panorama of the Balaton from Badacsony to Tihany can be enjoyed from the living room, from 4 bedrooms and terraces, and from the garden and the pier. The garden of this coastal holiday villa is exclusively furnished with rattan furnitures and it also has pivate sun-deck, fishing pier, garden shower, fishing boat, table-tennis and BBQ place so as to make our guests’ holiday more enjoyable. The garden has a parking lot for 2 vehicles. The rental is baby-friendly. It provides baby bed, baby bath, feeding chair, pram, playpen etc. at a favourable price.

Smoking is only in the garden and on the terrace.
The rental is not available for New Years Eve and parties.
