Spacious apartment situated on the second floor (no elevator) has air-conditioner in both rooms is for rent even for long time. The holiday home was built in 2004, and only 30 m far from the lake. It is in quite new condition, with roofed huge terrace with beautiful panorama to the lake. The cozy vacation rental is practically furnished. Its territory of 58 sqm consists of hall, kitchen and living room, one bedroom, one bathroom with shower and toilet and one separated toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with big fridge with freezer, oven, coffee maker, toaster, microwave etc. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and bunk beds, in the living room there is a sofa bed for 2 persons provided. In the cozy living room of the holiday home LCD TV with cable channels and a mini HiFi serves entertainment. Washing machine is provided.

The resort also provides: nonstop reception, landscaped own beach, huge 120 metre long tanning pier with snack bar, slide for children. On the beach: sun beds, open fire places, playgrounds, table tennis tables, bicycle and water bike rental, parking lot etc. Also excellent for anglers and surfers.

Owner doesn’t live on the territory of the apartment.
