In Balatonőszöd, on the southern shore of Lake Balaton – 128 kilometers away from Budapest and 2 kilometers away from the M7 motorway – in the Hullám Holiday Resort a 55 square meter air conditioned and heat able apartment on the waterfront with a perfect panorama is available for rent. The building on the lakeside is newly built; it has a covered balcony and a private parking place. From the balcony and the living room there is a breathtaking view of Lake Balaton. The apartment contains an integrated kitchen-living room, a bedroom, a bathroom with a shower and a porch. In the living room a sofa bed and in the bedroom a double bed ensures the comfort of the residents.

Two spare beds are available. Moreover a 0-3 year old child in a cot can be accommodated for free. The apartment is fully equipped: an extractor fan, a cooktop, a fridge, a microwave oven, a toaster, an electric kettle, a coffee maker, a TV with cable channels, a washing machine, a vacuum cleaner, a sunshade, etc. is available for the residents. On the windows and on the balcony door there are shutters and bugscreens.

Please note that the apartment is baby-friendly: cot, baby tub, highchair, baby buggy, baby walker, etc. is available at a one-time fee. There is non-stop reception service and security service at the resort.
