297 - In Zamárdi a waterfront holiday house with a pool is for rent for max 7 people

On the southern shore of Lake Balaton in the center of Zamárdi, 200 meters away from the beach and the Mauro Ristorante in a tranquil 900 square meter garden a house with 6 bedroom and 2 living room and a pool is available for rent. In the house that was renovated in 2012 two apartments can be rented for max 19 people in total. The outdoor pool is 4,5x10 meter and 140 centimeters deep, it can function as a Jacuzzi too.

The apartment on the ground floor has a 75 square meter floor space, it has 2 bedrooms and a living room, it can accommodate 5+2 people. There are 2 bedrooms: one for 2 and the other one is for 3, moreover there is a kitchen, an air conditioned living room with a sofa bed, sauna, a stove, a bathroom, a separated toilet and a 40 square meter porch with garden furniture. The house is fully baby friendly. A cot and a highchair is available if needed. There is a playground with jungle gym, swings and slides, a sandpit, a basketball court and a hammock in the garden. The garden is shaded with a trees and you can grill in there too. Both of the kitchens are fully equipped: a fridge, a microwave oven, a cooktop, an oven, a dishwasher, an electric kettle, a coffee maker and dishes are ready for use. Both of the living rooms have a TV with cable channels. Two adult sized and two children sized bikes are available for rent.

Parking is available in the backyard for 2 cars.

The apartments can be used by families with children, no under 25 guests are allowed.

The sauna can be used at a 1500Ft/hour additional fee. Air condition is available at a 2000Ft/day additional fee. Smoking is only available on the porch.

The accommodation contains bed linen, towels and kitchen towels are not included.

A small sized pet is allowed with a preliminary agreement.
