In Zamárdi, 115 km away from Budapest, near the M7 motorway situated on the southern shore of Lake Balaton a modernistic holiday house near the lakeside is available for rent for max. 12 people, plus two children. The house is ideal for big families; the house is not available for young groups. The house is 1 km away from the beach it is situated in a quiet holiday area. The city center is also 1km away, ant the ferry in Szántód is 2,5 km away. The Margó Ede promenade is an almost 3km long beach with benches, buffets and a breathtaking view of Lake Balaton and the Tihany peninsula.

The Balaton Sound Festival takes place on this beach every year. On the eastern end of the promenade the most popular Italian restaurant of the region called Mauro Ristorante can be found. In summers there is always some kind of an event, mainly for families. The water at this beach is shallow; it is arboreal, which makes this place perfect for families. The floor space of the accommodation is 220 square meters, which contains 6 bedrooms and it is well regulated. On the ground floor a kitchen, a living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a huge patio can be found. The living room is modernly furnished and it is equipped with a HiFi system and a TV with satellite channels. The bedrooms on the ground floor are furnished with wardrobes and double beds. The bathroom has a big bathtub in it. The kitchen is fully equipped: a fridge, a cook top, an oven, a toaster, a microwave oven, a coffee maker and a sandwich toaster is ready for use

. The patio is furnished with garden furniture. On the upper floor 4 bedrooms can be found. Two of them are furnished with double beds, while the other two have 2-2 single beds in them. A bathroom with a shower can also be found in the upstairs area. In the house a cot, a 140 cm long children’s bed, an iron with an ironing board and a washing machine is available. The house is equipped with a central heating system. In the garden of the cozy house, a grill, a fireplace and a cauldron allows the fun of outdoor cooking. 5 cars can park in the garden. The accommodation does not contain bed linen, bed sheet or towels. Only small pets are allowed with preliminary agreement. Smoking is allowed only at the balcony or in the garden.
