In Balatonszárszó, one of the most popular holiday places on the southern shore of Lake Balaton a newly built holiday house on the lakeshore is available for rent for max 6 people. The house is situated near the most popular beach of the village, 36 meters away from the lake. The beach has a playground, sevears buffets and restaurants, its water is reedless.

The house was built in 2009 and it has a 20 square meter porch and a 50 square meter garden. The house has high standard flooring and it is furnished in a modern style. Although the house has no air conditioning, the 22 cm brick walls have 16 cm insulation which ensures the right temperature in any season. All of the windows and doors have bugscreens on them. The accommodation is available for max 5 adults and a child. The ground floor of two-storied house has a 54 square meter floorspace and the upper floor has a 33 square meter floor space. The ground floor contains a kitchen, a living room, a bathroom, a toilet and a 20 square meter porch looking over the lake. On the upper floor 2 bedrooms and a roomy loft can be found. The kitchen is fully equipped: a cooktop, an extractor fan, a fridge, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, a toaster, a mini grill, a coffee maker, an electric kettle, dishes and cutleries are ready for use. In the living room there is an LCD television with cable channels and a DVD player. In the living room a sofa bed, a double bed in one of the bedrooms and tho single beds in the other one and a sofa bed in the loft ensures the comfort of the residents. A cot and a highchair is available if needed. The porch is furnished with garden furniture, 2 beach chairs and a grill is available.

Max two pets are allowed with preliminary agreement at a 1500 Ft/night/pet fee.

Smoking is only allowed on the porch.

The accommodation contains bed linen, no towels or kitchen towels.

The apartment cannot be rented for New Year’s Eve or for any parties.
