On the southern shore of Lake Balaton in Zamárdi, a waterfront apartment is available for 13 people. The apartment is situated 100 meters from Lake Balaton.

The holiday home has 3 floors, the floor area is 120 square meters, plus a 26 square meter covered terrace. On the ground floor there is an American style kitchen-living room, a bedroom, and a bathroom. In the ground floor bedroom there is a queen size bed and a single bed. On the first floor there is a bedroom with a queen size bed and two other bedroom with 2-2 beds and a bathroom. On the second floor there is a bedroom with a queen size bed and a bathroom. Moreover, there is a sofa bed for 2 in the living room. The kitchen is equipped with an exhaust fan, a fridge, a gas stove, a coffee maker, a microwave oven, an electric kettle, a toaster, plates and cutleries. In the living room there is a TV with a set top box, Internet connection is available free of charge. There is also an iron and a vacuum cleaner available. The terrace is furnished with garden furniture, and there is a charcoal grill in the garden. All the windows have curtains and mosquito net on them.

The apartment is heatable, so it can be rented even in the colder seasons. Heating is available at an additional fee.

The owner does not stay on the area of the holiday home.

The accommodation has bed linen, bed sheets and kitchen towels, towels are not provided.

With prior discussion, a pet (max 10 kg.) is allowed for a 1500 HUF/night fee.

Air conditioning is available for a 2500 HUF/night rate.

Smoking is only allowed on the terrace and in the garden.

The apartment cannot be rented for New Years Eve, or parties.
