115 km from Budapest, on the southern shore of Lake Balaton, in the popular holiday area of Szántód an apartment is available for rent for max 6+4 people. The first floor area has air conditioning. The waterfront house is 2 km away from the centre, it has a private beach but the town’s beach and shops are 200 meters away. The house has a private bathing platform which is perfect for swimming and fishing.

There is a huge garden with garden furniture, a boat and a private bathing platform. There is a beautiful view of Lake Balaton from the garden with the Tihany peninsula and the northern shore. The house was built in 2015 and it has 2 floors. It has a 124 square meter living space in total. On the ground floor there is a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom, a separate toilet and a terrace. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a fridge, an electric stove, an oven, a microwave oven, a coffee maker, a mini grill, an electric kettle, plates and cutleries. There is a SAT TV in the living room. The windows have shutters and mosquito net on them. On the air conditioned first floor there are 3 separate bedrooms and a bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a queen size bed, the second one has a queen bed and a truckle bed, the third bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds and a trundle bed. There is an iron and a vacuum cleaner available. In the garden there is a set of garden furniture, a bench, a swing bed, a boat, a grill stove and a fireplace.

Pets are not allowed.

Parking is available in the garden.

The owner does not stay on the area of the holiday home.

The accommodation has bed linen and bed sheets, towels and kitchen towels are not available.
