376 - A newly built minimalist luxury villa with a Jacuzzi, air conditioning and a private beach is for rent

A newly built, modern and exclusive chalet on the lakeside with a private beach and a gorgeous view of Badacsony from the pier! You can enjoy the sunset directly from the backyard or from the porch! This accommodation is perfect for families who are looking for a relaxing vacation. This high- standard villa is situated on the southern shore of Lake Balaton in Balatonboglár, 140 km from Budapest. The area is directly at the lakeside and it is a very tranquil and safe neighborhood. The villa has a private bathing platform, and it is able to accommodate max 8 adults and two children.

The out- and-outer villa was built in 2012, its floor space is 250 square meters and the garden has a 700 square meter ground space. Its private beach has a built coast-defense, it is reed-free, and the water is shallow, which is perfect for children. On the ground floor an entrance-hall, an integrated kitchen and living room, 2 bathrooms and a porch can be found. The living room is equipped with a leather sofa, a fireplace, a ceiling fan, a huge LCD television with cable channels. From the living room you can step out to the porch facing the lake, and it is furnished with garden furniture and 5 beach chairs and a grill can be found in the garden. There is a breathtaking view of Lake Balaton both from the living room and the porch. The kitchen is well-equipped, a coffee maker (both espresso and filtered type), a cooktop with extractor fan, an oven, a dishwasher, a fridge, a toaster, an electric kettle, a mixer and a hand-held blender is ready to use.

On the ground floor there are two separated bedrooms, both with air conditioning and a double bed. There is a comfortable interior staircase leading up to the upper floor – a roomy loft - where two double beds can be found for four people. If requested, a Jacuzzi for five can be used, which is placed in one of the bathrooms facing the lake and through a huge glass-front you can enjoy the beautiful panorama. The other bathroom has a shower in it. Maximum two 0-4 year old children can be accommodated for free as follows: two 0-4 year old children accommodated in the beds or a 0-3 year old child in a cot and a 0-4 old child in the bed. A truckle bed is unfortunately unavailable. Maximum 1 cot can be placed in one of the bedrooms. The villa is heatable: floor heating with radiator, combined with a fireplace. There is an alarm system in the house. There are bug-screens and folding shutters on the windows.

Free Wi-Fi is available in the house. 3 bikes (2 adult-sized and a kid-sized one), a washing machine, an iron and a hair dryer are available for the residents. Parking is available in the backyard for 2 cars; there is a remote controlled gate. A grocery store is less than 1 kilometer away, restaurant is 2 kilometers away, a basketball court and a playground is 500 meters away, the railway station is 2,4 kilometers away, the pier is 2,8 kilometers away, the nearest public beach is 300 meters away and the famous Platán beach is 3 kilometers away. Cycling and hiking is available in the hereabouts, the house is situated near the cycle path which goes around the entire lake. In the city there is a bobsleigh run, an adventure park, a public swimming pool and a tennis club, moreover sailing is also possible. The accommodation contains bed linen, towels and kitchen cloth. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is only allowed in the garden or at the porch. The villa cannot be rented for New Year’s Eve or for any parties.
