125 km from Budapest, on the southern part of Lake Balaton, next to Balatonföldvár, in Balatonszárszó, 50 metres the coast, a quiet, two-floor intimate terraced chalet’s one side is for rent maximum for 6+3 persons. The brick-cover of the lake side holiday home makes it very pleasant. Downstairs there is a kitchen, dining room-living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom with a bath. The third room – as the favourite of children – is situated in the mansard. This bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds. One of the downstairs bedroom comes with double bed, the other one with 2 single beds. In the living room there are two extra beds. The house is simply but practically furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric cooker, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, microwave oven. The living room of the cottage is very spacious and their both sides open to a terrace. The living room of the vacation rental has folding glass doors so as opened the guest can enjoy a spacious, bright and shiny room. The living room has LCD TV. The garden is furnished and has 6 sunbeds, barbecue. There is enough space to park for two cars.

The garden is fenced but only separated with hedge from the other side of the house.
Owner does not live on the territory of the holiday house.
