This new built apartment has a view to the landscape garden. Lake Balaton is very close, inside the park. It is a small, one-space, nice flat for 4 persons is for rent. The flat is situated in „Hullám” holiday estate resort, 80 m far from the coast 150 m far from the beach of the resort. The flat consists of: one American-style kitchen and living room, a bathroom with shower and a terrace. The territory of the flat is 30 sqm, the terrace is 7 sqm. It is furnished modern and functionally. There are two bed sofas in the living room for 4 persons. Also has a parking lot. Fully equipped: microwave oven, coffee maker, water boiler, toaster, fridge without freezer, air-conditioner, washing machine, TV.
The resort also provides: nonstop reception, landscaped own beach, huge 120 metre long tanning pier with snack bar, slide for children. On the beach: sun beds, open fire places, playgrounds, table tennis tables, bicycle and water bike rental, parking lot etc. Also excellent for anglers and surfers.
Smoking is only allowed on the terrace.
