The apartment is only 30 meters away from the Resort’s private beach. The building is literally 10 steps away from the lakeshore. The newly built, air conditioned and heatable luxury apartment was built in 2008, it is furnished in a modern style. The floor space is 40 square meters which contains an integrated kitchen-living room, a bedroom, a bathroom and a 10 square meter balcony. The apartment can accommodate 5+1 people. In the living room a sofa bed for 2+1 and in the bedroom a double bed ensures the convenience of the residents. In the apartment an LCD television with cable channels, a washing machine, a vacuum cleaner, a clothes-horse, a hair dryer is ready for use; also, there is Wi-Fi available.

The kitchen is fully equipped: a cooktop, an oven, am extractor fan, a dishwasher, a fridge, a microwave oven, a coffee maker, an electric kettle, a toaster, dishes and cutlery are ready for use.
