A private beach, a newly built, modern luxury house with a supreme view of Lake Balaton all the way from Badacsony to Tihany! 125 km away from Budapest on the southern shore of Lake Balaton in Balatonszárszó a semi- detached house on the lakeshore is available for rent for 6 people per side. Both sides have separated gardens, a private bathing platform and a Jacuzzi. The floor space of both sides is 100 square meters – 50 at the ground floor, 50 at the upper one. On the ground floor a huge living room can be found with a glass wall overlooking the lake providing a beautiful view of Lake Balaton.

The living room is furnished with a big bed settee and a huge LCD television. From the living room there is an exit to the patio overlooking Lake Balaton ant it is furnished with garden furniture and beach chairs. The kitchen is well equipped: a coffee maker, a cook top with an extractor fan, an electric oven, a dishwasher a fridge is ready to use. There can be found a bathroom with a shower and a toilet. The three bedrooms are placed on the upper floor, the biggest bedroom has a double bed in it and it has a balcony overlooking the lake, the medium-sized bedroom has a double bed too, while the smallest on is furnished with two single beds. There is a bathroom with a shower and a toilet on the upper floor too. All of the bedrooms and the living room is air conditioned. This house is mainly recommended for families, who are aiming for a tranquil and chilled-out holiday time. The house cannot be rented for parties.

The parking is available in the backyard, with a remote controlled gate. The accommodation does not contain bed linen, bed sheet or towels. Please note that the apartment is baby-friendly: cot, baby tub, highchair, baby buggy, baby walker, etc. is available at a one-time fee. The Jacuzzi and the air conditioning can be used at an additional cost: Jacuzzi 100 Euro/day – min. 2 days, air conditioning: 40 Euro/day Pets are not allowed. Smoking is allowed only at the balcony or in the garden.
