About accommodation

 125 km from Budapest, on the southern part of Lake Balaton, next to Balatonföldvár, in Balatonszárszó, close to the coast, in a beloved area a modern, renovated and modern furnished detached chalet is for rent. The house is pleasantly cool, thanks to its thermal insulation. Windows are equipped with mosquito nets and the rooms with fans. The garden is clean.

Downstairs is 60 sqm: American-style kitchen and living room with a bar and LCD TV (with cable TV), one bedroom with two single beds, 2 bathroom with showers and toilet and two roofed terrace with furniture. In the kitchen: a big fridge with freezer, electric cooker, coffee maker, dishes etc. You can get upstairs on steep steps so it is highly recommended for families with small children to lock the staircase. Upstairs is 30 sqm: 2 bedrooms, sunbeds and furniture on the terrace both front and back sides of the building. The two bedrooms are furnished with double bed as well as with two single beds and an armchair bed.

The house also provides: sunbeds, grill, garden sandbox, open fire, rubber boat. Parking in fenced lot for two cars.

Owner does not live on the territory of the house.
